As immigrants to the United States, we enjoy learning about American culture by interactions we have daily at work, in local parks, in restaurants, and in our neighborhood. There are so many wonderful things about the American culture that we appreciate!
As we considered what we could do to give back, we felt like opening a tea room would allow us to share elements of our history that you may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience. Yes, there are other tea rooms here in the area, but we aim to be unique in that we offer a taste of not only European tea culture, but South African and Indian as well!
